Accident Investigation Workshop

TSIB is hosting an educational event focused on Accident Investigation 

Luis Ortiz, Founder and President of Safety First Management, will be discussing the elements of an accident investigation. He will discuss how to determine what happened, why it happened, and how to prevent it from happening in the future. 

By the end of this session, you will learn to:

•    Document evidence 
•    Comply with OSHA regulations for incident/accident reporting.
