Commander Tom Deitz, U.S. Navy (ret) graduated from the Navel Academy in 1984 as Navel Special Warfare (NSW) Basic Underwater Demolition and was assigned to SEAL Delivery Vehicle team 1.  He was transferred to SEAL Team 5, was deployed to the Middle East supporting Operation Desert Storm, leading his team on numerous combat missions, earning him the Bronze Star Medal with “V” for combat. After retirement, he was hired by the Special Operations Warrior Foundation and tasked with fundraising nationwide. Full bio here.
