Dear WWCCA California Contractor Member,

 We are excited to introduce you to WWCCA’s Better Built California hiring initiative, designed to support the process of finding skilled field personnel for your organization. I have highlighted the main points of the program below:

 Your benefits:   

• Regular photography and videography on local jobsites
• Paid advertisements on social media
• Daily/Weekly/Monthly social media posting
• Original content creation
• Online quick application for interested candidates
• Information about each company with redirects to each employer’s hiring website
• Creation of a CRM for each employer to monitor and track all applicants, with unique and private access for each company
• All digital content created is shared with the employer for their own use
• Quarterly content creation and jobsite visits

 Here’s what happens:     

• Interested person sees Better Built post on social media.
• They click the post to visit the Better Built website or complete the online application.
• Information from the application is immediately sent to all “main contacts” at each employer by email and stored on the CRM.
• Employer reviews information and chooses to reach out to candidates when/if they desire.
• Better Built follows up with candidates at 3 months, 6 months, and one year to reengage potential hires.
• This process repeats daily to ensure a continuous flow of potential candidates.

 Photography Initiative:

As part of our initiative, we will be conducting photoshoots this summer on various jobsites. These photos will be used on our webpage and social media to promote the hiring initiative. Each company that participates in a photoshoot will receive copies of the photos for their own use.

 Special Note: This program is not intended to replace or circumvent the effort of our labor partners. This initiative has proven to compliment and support the WWCCA contractor members and significantly enhance your hiring capabilities through a streamlined recruitment process.
