WWCCA is offering a four-part virtual education series

This event is a tailored advisory series geared toward our construction industry and is being delivered by FMI Consulting.

Virtual Session #1 - Thursday, June 15, 2023 - 90 minutes - $75

Topic: Building Great Teams

This course guides leaders to build more effective teams using FMI's Peak Team Model. Participants will learn the critical elements to make their team successful and learn from others on how to overcome challenges to building a high-performing team. Speaker Jeff Coleman see bio.

Virtual Session #2 - Thursday, July 13, 2023 - 90 minutes - $75

Topic: Time Mastery with Delegation

This course will include a debrief of a FREE online Time Management assessment participants take prior to attendance. During the session, leaders will be equipped with new tools to master their time, delegate more effectively and see how saving a little time translates to big dollars. Virtual Session #3 - Thursday, August 10, 2023 - 90 minutes - $75

Topic: The Power of Better Listening & Feedback

This course will empower leaders to become better listeners and enable them to integrate giving and receiving feedback as a part of their company culture. Participants will also practice giving balanced feedback to enhance short and long-term performance. Speaker - Sabrina Umbaugh see bio.

Virtual Session #4 - Thursday, September 7, 2023 - 90 minutes - $75

Topic: Conflict Management

This course will include a debrief of the TKI® Conflict assessment participants will take prior to the session. Participants will learn their own conflict style preference and skills to build when using alternative conflict styles. Speaker Jeff Coleman see bio.
