Eight years with CAL/OSHA Enforcement as an Associate Safety Engineer in San Diego and as a Senior Safety Engineer in San Bernardino. Recently transitioned to CAL/OSHA San Diego

In the past Victor worked in the private sector as a Director of Safety for a Commercial Contractor, a Loss Control Consultant for a Worker’s Compensation Carrier, and was Risk Manager for a Staffing Agency.
