Shaabini Alford
Director, Maxim Consulting Group

Shaabini is a Director at Maxim Consulting Group, where she focuses on assessing, refining, and implementing operational processes for construction clients.
She works with firms of all sizes to train, educate, and support leaders in improving performance. With more than 20 years of experience, she has led teams through complex challenges, including jobsite crises, contract negotiations, and multi-million dollar change order settlements.
An operations specialist, Shaabini evaluates business processes to identify opportunities across procurement, detailing, fabrication, field operations, risk management, and team performance. She is known for building effective teams and creating clear, repeatable systems through well-defined SOPs.
She also takes on complex, underperforming projects and works with teams to bring them to a successful and profitable outcome.
