Guest Speaker:  Catherine R. (Wesolowski) Northcutt,  MA, ICF ACC, EdD Candidate

Dr. Catherine Northcutt, who oversees community outreach, recruitment, and admissions for the Master of Science in Real Estate program at the University of San Diego’s Knauss School of Business, will moderate and engage in discussion with a panel of five mentor-mentees from our industry. Catherine actively engages with industry organizations such as Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) San Diego and the Urban Land Institute’s (ULI) Women's Leadership Initiative and DEI committees, focusing on expanding access and opportunities for individuals with diverse backgrounds in the CRE field. Catherine is a passionate advocate for gender equality. Recently, she completed her doctoral research investigating the impact of social capital on career success in the commercial real estate industry. Her findings underscored the significance of mentoring relationships in fostering career advancement. Catherine is excited to share her insights with us, marking the debut of her study's outcomes to the public.
