Darin Coats, a recognized technical expert with over two decades in the industry, serves as the Chief Technical Officer of the Technical Services Information Bureau (TSIB). 

The Technical Services Information Bureau (TSIB) is the technical department for the Western Wall and Ceiling Contractors Association (WWCCA) providing education and technical support to the signatory union contractors, design community, and code officials for the wall and ceiling industry.
